Family Promise Rochester is one of our Gloria Dei partners that does incredible work in our community to prevent and end family homelessness through shelter, eviction prevention, and stabilization.
We have the opportunity to support Family Promise as they get ready for their annual "Homecoming" event on September 12. There are actually two different times they need volunteers:
Friday, September 11 from 6-9pm: help clean shared spaces. Pizza and cleaning supplies provided.
Saturday, September 12 from 9am - noon: help get the Promise House set up and decorated before guests arrive. Coffee and lunch provided.
