Cancellation Policy

WEEKDAYS

  • If school is cancelled, all programming is cancelled. Office hours may vary depending on staff availability.

 

WEEKENDS

  • If no travel is advised on Highway 52, 14 and, 63 (based of MN 511) weekend events including church worship services and Sunday School are cancelled.

  • If wind chill is 65 below, weekend events including church worship services and Sunday School are cancelled.

  • Other cancellations are by joint staff and pastor discussions.

  • Sunday morning closure will be decided no later than 6:45am on Sunday morning.

  • Final decision will be made by the Senior Pastor and communicated to the Communications Director.

  • Cancellation notice will be sent by the Communications Director via Gloria Dei website, Facebook, Instagram, Email, and KTTC.

  • Staff attendance (if they do not feel safe to travel) is at their discretion.

 

COVID 19 RESPONSE

  • Gloria Dei is closely monitoring the ever changing pandemic. Changes in programming will be decided by the church council based on local and federal recommendations.

  • Notifications of any change will be sent out via email, website, Facebook, and Instagram.
