Epic One Eight

Sundays June-Aug: 10am in the Worship Center
Sundays Sept-May: 9am + 11am in the Worship Center

EpicOneEight is inspired by the acronym EPIC - Experiential, Participatory, Image-Rich, and Community, and the verse, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8.

Epic is Gloria Dei's unique worship experience with values of connection and authenticity. The service features participatory sermons, a band that ranges from acoustic, to rock, to jazz, to bluegrass on any given Sunday, children setting the communion table, and a sending blessing to the congregation by the congregation.

Sundays year-round: 8:45am in the Sanctuary

Legacy is a traditional service that is built on the foundation of many services before it. Legacy is a warm community featuring traditional liturgy, kneeling communion at the rail, organ, piano, and guest musicians including The Sanctuary Singers, Glorious Bells, and other brass ensembles.

Water's Edge

Wednesday: Water's Edge

Wednesdays May-August: 6:00pm in the Sanctuary (worship service title: Living Waters)
Wednesdays during the School Year: 6:30pm in the Sanctuary

Water's Edge is a contemplative service designed to center ourselves in the middle of our busy weeks. Inspired by the families and individuals that gather each week, Water's Edge features a message delivered by a leader and a youth, contemplative practices such as meditation and a singing bowl, and acoustic music.
