Sometimes a meal can change everything, don’t you think?

That’s why we are so excited about the new thing that’s cooking Wednesday nights at Gloria Dei!

Think about it...

You’ve been to dinner.

You’ve been to church.

You’ve even been to a church dinner.

But you’ve never been to Med City Dinner Church.

Introducing Med City Dinner Church, our newest worship and community experience. The night will start with food prepared by one of Gloria Dei's own "celebrity chefs." The serving lines will open at 5:45pm, so leave the cooking to us. We’ll gather in the Looking Within Center for a meal and conversation which will transition into an interactive worship experience with live music, conversation, a message, and communion. 

But Don’t Forget About Dessert

Once dinner and worship finish up at 7pm remember to stay for dessert! Confirmation students will go to their small groups, high school students will head to the youth room, our elementary school students will participate in a contemplative experience we are calling Med City Mindful Kids, and the choir will start practice in the sanctuary. All of them will grab some dessert as they head to the next thing.

Everyone else is invited to chill and soak up some coffee house vibes in the Looking Within Center. We’ll have a chance to decompress in a low agenda space complete with candles, dessert, good conversation, games, puzzles, and occasionally some live music.
