The Well is a monthly gathering of people who identify as female and are 21 years of age or older. Together with Pastor Marla, we share and discuss culturally relevant topics that help us navigate life in healthy ways.

Join us for a conversation with Grace Pesch, coach, facilitator, and founder of Futures From Within.

Grace will help us explore what it means to be—and continue becoming—trauma-informed in the many spaces we inhabit: our relationships, workplaces, communities, and everyday interactions.

Together, we’ll consider how our life experiences shape the ways we respond to stress, conflict, change, and one another—and how greater awareness can help us create relationships and environments rooted in compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and care.
