Worship services at Gloria Dei are bustling with friendly faces of all ages. Each worship opportunity has its own unique delivery and all are centered around compassion, grace, and joy. The very nature of worship provides an opportunity for us to meet in community together and to make space to engage in our faith in a busy world. There is room for everyone in worship at Gloria Dei!

Traditional Worship

8:30AM IN THE SANCTUARY

A worship experience utilizing our rich ELW (Evangelical Lutheran Worship) hymnal settings. Our traditional worship includes diverse leadership from pastors, worship assistants and cantors, and a variety of musical styles and dynamic messages grounded in the the gospel.

ONLINE WORSHIP

9:30AM ON YOUTUBE

Our weekly online worship service is available live on YouTube every Sunday at 9:30am! Our online worship experience blends our traditional and contemporary services to provide a unique opportunity to be a church without walls.

EpicOneEight Worship

10:30AM* IN THE SANCTUARY

EpicOneEight is inspired by the acronym EPIC - Experiential, Participatory, Image-Rich, and Community, and the verse, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8.

With a high value on connection and authenticity, this worship experience features participatory sermons as well as a band that ranges from acoustic and rock, to jazz and bluegrass on any given Sunday.

*EpicOneEight takes a break on the following weekends:

  • Memorial Day weekend

  • Independence Day weekend

  • Labor Day weekend

  • MEA weekend (Third weekend in October)

  • Weekend after Christmas (date dependant on where Christmas falls within a week)

Water’s edge

6:30PM IN THE SANCTUARY

Water's Edge is a contemplative mid-week gathering that allows space for us to consider the inner parts of ourselves on our spiritual journey. We focus on our inner life which allows us the energy to look outward to our community. Water's Edge also serves as the jumping off point for confirmation, giving families and youth small groups a place for connection.
