Our Missionaries in ethiopia

Our missionaries (their names are removed for their personal safety) serve in Ethiopia as part of Wycliffe Bible Translators, whose vision is to make God's word accessible to all people in the language of their hearts. They are on a team with Ethiopians and foreigners that work together on language and literacy development, as well as Bible translation, in some of the 85+ languages in Ethiopia. In addition, the team has been involved in things like workshops on what the Bible has to say about healing and trauma, AIDS, and other community projects.

They are involved in managing technology systems, coordinating projects, training, and dealing with the usual continuous influx of computer problems, and teach at a small international school in Ethiopia that relies on teachers who come as missionaries themselves in order to provide quality education to children of other missionaries and families.

We ask for your continued prayers for this family and other missionaries serving around the world. Gloria Dei pledges to provide $10,000 per year to this family. Please consider a financial donation to their work.
